CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — On 24 July 2025, personnel from the 585th Air Base Group of the Philippine Air Force, under Joint Task Force (JTF) Karagatan, conducted evacuation operations in San Fernando City, La Union, to assist civilians in vulnerable areas.
CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — Troops under the 71st Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army joined forces with the local government of Dasol and the Philippine National Police (PNP) to distribute relief goods to residents of Barangay Eguia, Dasol, Pangasinan, on 24 July 2025. The initiative was part of ongoing efforts to support communities severely affected by the onslaught of Typhoon “Emong.”
CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) officially partnered with local creative brand Linya-Linya as part of its AFP Communication Plan Mulat campaign, aimed at strengthening public awareness and national consciousness on the West Philippine Sea (WPS).
The Declaration of Cooperation was signed on 24 July during the Civil-Military Operations (CMO) Coordinating Conference by AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr. and Mr. Ali Sangalang, Founder and Creative Director of Linya-Linya.
“This partnership with Linya-Linya is part of our efforts to maximize the possibilities of the cognitive domain—using creativity, culture, and communication to build national unity and social cohesion,” General Brawner emphasized.
The collaboration, under the banner Linya-Linya x West Philippine Sea, aims to raise awareness and spark dialogue on the importance of defending Philippine sovereignty. With its bold print, 'KARAPAT-DAGAT IPAGLABAN,' this statement t-shirt is more than just apparel—it’s a powerful symbol of our stand and unwavering patriotism. Proceeds from the campaign will go to supporting Filipino troops, fisherfolk, and local communities in the WPS.
This partnership underscores the AFP’s efforts to connect with the Filipino people beyond traditional platforms, amplifying voices that stand for truth, patriotism, and sovereignty.

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — In support of ongoing humanitarian assistance and disaster response (HADR) operations, troops from the Philippine Army's 5th Civil Military Operations (CMO) Battalion assisted the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Regional Office 1 in hauling and transporting 46 boxes of food packs on July 23, in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
